Emerald Glen Title Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our team in Willoughby Hills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the title and real estate industry.

Position Details:

· 30–34 hours per week

· Entry-level position

Responsibilities Include:

· Typing legal descriptions and assisting with document preparation

· Running filings to the county

· Answering phones and directing calls

· Scanning and organizing files

· Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Professional and dependable
