Emerald Glen Title Agency, Ltd. - Willoughby Hills, OH Escrow Assistant Job Summary To assist the escrow officer with: Preparing closing packages for lender, seller and buyer Prepare and deliver key releases, final HUD statements, and disbursement summary balance sheets. Work with lenders to fund loans and prepare files for disbursement and recording Obtain information for closing including homeowners dues, payoffs, tax certificates, surveys and other documentation, Communicate closing information and dates to lenders, clients, agents, outside title companies, attorneys, buyers, and sellers. Basic understanding of settlement, deed and loan documentation is required. Required Experience Minimum of 3-5 years experience in title and escrow industry. Excellent Customer Service, strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Excellent computer, organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Attention to detail and communication skills are a must. Team player with willingness to grow with our business.
