The Senior Machine Training and Analytics Coordinator is a strategic, hands-on partner responsible for building, sustaining, and continuously improving the technical capability of the Machine Department within a complex turbine engine component repair and overhaul environment.
This role shall lead the design and execution of workforce development systems that enable machinists across CNC, manual machining, grinding, tool and die, R&D, and programming disciplines to develop skills, advance proficiency, and meet demanding quality, safety, and performance expectations. Through a blend of structured training, mentoring, and data-driven insight, the position ensures the organization can reliably develop talent from entry-level through advanced technical expertise.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Coordinator owns initiatives from concept through implementation and evaluation, collaborating closely with machinists, supervisors, engineers, production scheduling, and leadership to align training with operational needs. The role translates workforce data and shop performance trends into actionable development strategies while cultivating external partnerships with local high school and career-technical programs to strengthen early talent pipelines.
