The Inspection Department Supervisor (Visual/Dimensional Inspection) is responsible for leading the daily operations, personnel, and performance of the Inspection Department during their assigned shift. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in visual and dimensional inspection, demonstrated leadership experience, and the ability to balance hands-on technical responsibilities with team leadership and accountability.
