About Us

When we started The Bar Athletics in 2012 it was because we realized that we could turn our passion for health, fitness, and helping people into a full-time effort. Our goal was simple, we would improve the lives of our members, our staff, strengthen our community, and use the business as a means for us to give back to our area in a broader way. Over the past four years we have had the opportunity to work with so many people to change not only their health, but also their outlook on life.
