MaxStrength Fitness helps busy adults get strong and healthy in just 20 minutes, twice a week—without wasting hours in the gym. We do that through 1-1 personal strength training in a clinically controlled environment (temperature at 67 degrees, no distractions). Our clients experience decreased joint pain, blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar levels, along with increased energy, metabolism, bone density, functional ability, cognitive function, posture, and so much more.
