Hannah’s Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Case Worker to walk alongside the moms in our program through mentorship, encouragement, accountability and practical support. This full-time position plays a key role in helping create a Christ-centered environment where women and their babies can experience growth, healing and hope.
Case Worker- Full Time
The Case Worker supports residents through weekly goal planning, life skills development, parenting support and connection to community resources while building meaningful relationships that encourage independence and healthy living.
This 40-hour/week position works closely with residents and staff to provide ongoing support, guidance and structure within the home environment.
