The Case Worker is a key staff member who walks alongside the residents of Hannah’s Home, building meaningful relationships that foster growth, healing, and hope. This role helps create a Christ-centered community where young women are encouraged to make life-giving choices for themselves and their babies.

The Case Worker serves as a mentor, advocate, and guide supporting each resident in her personal, spiritual, and parenting journey. Through intentional relationships, practical support, and structured planning, the Case Worker helps residents grow in independence, confidence, and healthy living. This is a 40 hour/week position
