McKinley Community Outreach Center Thanksgiving/Christmas FundraiserHere at the McKinley Community Outreach Center located in Willoughby, we are grateful for all the assistance we have received over the past six years to help support our daily efforts to serve the struggling families and individuals living here in Western Lake County.
Presently, we are initiating a Thanksgiving/Christmas Fund over the next few weeks that will provide an opportunity for you and others to help us raise $20,000 by the end of the year. One of our supporting churches has kicked off this effort with a gift of $2,000! We are certainly aware that there are many other deserving charities requesting help at this time of year but be assured that every dollar given to McKinley has the greatest impact on those we serve: the unemployed, the underemployed ( the working poor), the mentally and physically challenged, the veterans, and the elderly on fixed incomes.
