Walk To Remember 2015 provides a caring, fun way to show we haven’t forgotten the important people we’ve lost. Hospice of the Western Reserve organizes this event each year so we can honor them. Just as our loved one was gently cared for by Hospice of the Western Reserve, we want to leave a legacy so that others at the end of life can also receive that special care.
