Mailing List Processor

 

Direct Marketing Solutions is looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We need a team player who is willing to help out wherever needed. Our business is fast-paced, and we're the last step in the direct mail process, so things get busy. We need someone who can keep up and work quickly when needed. Your day will go by fast, and there's no time to be bored. Our main goal is to make our customers happy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using copiers and processing data files (Excel) through our postal software.
  • Sending files to printers and managing paper for print jobs.
  • Putting kits together for customers and hand-inserting envelopes.
  • Shipping packages via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Machine Operator/Bindery

 

We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and personable individual to join our team as a Machine Operator and Mail Sorter. Experience with mailing equipment and or bindery equipment, folders, cutters etc a bonus, with on-the-job training provided, ideal for someone eager to grow in the direct mail industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate inkjet and inserting machines, including setting up computer systems and configuring machine settings for various job requirements.
  • Maintain quality standards by monitoring output and making adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare mail for the post office, including sorting, bundling, and labeling according to postal regulations.
  • Operate a tow motor (forklift) for material handling and loading.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines, with training provided.
  • Follow established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure smooth operations.
