This is a physical position that performs deep and maintenance cleaning for businesses and organizations in Lake County and surrounding areas. Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, and kneel.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields preferred but not required, training provided
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
