New Year's Eve Gala
Your evening begins at 7pm with hors d'oeuvres, champagne and open bar. Three course dinner service with choice of Filet and Lobster, Chicken Choron or Maple Almond Glazed Salmon followed by a spectacular pastry display. After ringing in the New Year with champagne, noisemakers, hats and balloons, enjoy a full hot breakfast buffet. Dance the night away to the DJ sounds of Rock-it-Entertainment.
