Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ashtabula, Lake, and Geauga Counties, in collaboration with Lake County Chambers of Commerce and Leadership Lake County is pleased to announce the launch of Conversations on Leadership featuring Joe Banner, CEO of the Cleveland Browns as the inaugural event speaker.
Proceeds from the inaugural Conversations on Leadership will be used to help promote the Big Brothers Big Sisters mission of providing safe, one-to-one mentoring relationships between youth and caring adults; scholarships for Leadership Lake County's programs for developing current and future leaders for economic, social and civic excellence in Lake County; and the Lake County Chambers of Commerce objective to develop and support economic development throughout Lake County.
The Conversations on Leadership lunch program promotes the combined missions of the three organizations in advancing effective leadership development for youth and adults and sharing of historical perspectives, critical thinking and specific actions/decisions that impact the quality of life in Lake County.
