FASTSIGNS of Mentor is seeking a Graphic Designer / Production / Customer Service Representative willing to
learn the sign industry. FASTSIGNS creates wall graphics, window graphics, banners, event booths, posters,
vehicle wraps, and custom signs.
The Graphic Designer / Production / CSR needs to be a positive & self-motivated team member who thrives in a

The Graphic Designer / CSR will be responsible for customer facing activities in the FASTSIGNS center. The
CSR serves as the first point of contact for our telephone, email, and walk-in customers and is responsible for
preparing estimates and work orders. You will need to provide exemplary customer service, build relationships,
and use consultative selling when working with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and provide graphic designs and proofs to customers
Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues
Help with reports, close-out, invoices, and paperwork
Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Sell and recommend FASTSIGNS solutions to prospects and clients
Demonstrate the ability to hold a business conversation with customers
Prepare estimates for customers and establish/maintain follow-up procedures
Communicate with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all personnel
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
Strong knowledge and work experience with ADOBE Creative Cloud and Illustrator
Strong PC/Mac, internet, publishing software, and sign production software skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues
Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable with excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
PREFERRED SKILLS
Previous experience as a graphic designer or desktop publishing
An advanced level of experience using Adobe applications
Experience with other computer design programs
Associates degree in graphic design or equivalent school/work experience preferred
Previous experience with printing, signs or wide format printing
Able to troubleshoot issues and create solutions
Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and organization skills
Work well in a busy environment and adapt quickly to changing situations
